Description

Unwind targets anxiety, stress and lack of sleep and is carefully blended with the following essential oils – Lavender, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Chamomile, Melissa, Jasmine, Clary Sage, Neroli, Basil, Sweet Orange, Frankincense, Lemongrass, Roman Chamomile and Marjoram.

D I R E C T I O N S

Dilute before use.

Add 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

Add 6 drops in a bath.

Mix oil with warm water and add to an electric aromatherapy diffuser.

Mix oil with warm water and burn in an oil burner.
