Refund and Returns Policy
If you’re experiencing any issues with your purchase or you’re unhappy, please get in touch at info@jslessentials.com – our team will do their best to troubleshoot and help resolve your issue.
Returns
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns on our MINI size products – the idea behind the mini products is to give you the opportunity to try the JSL range before fully investing in the larger sizes.
Sometimes things just don’t work out and that’s ok! If you’re unhappy with your MINI products for whatever reason, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the products. Simply email info@jslessentials.com and quote your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.
We are unable to process returns for orders that are not directly purchased from this website www.jslessentials.com.
If you are returning an item over £50, we would strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance at your expense.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact info@jslessentials.com within 60 minutes of placing your order.
Damaged during transit
If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us on info@jslessentials.com and attach photos of the items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.
Late delivery
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may be lost in transit, please contact us at info@jslessentials.com. Please allow 10 working days from when the order was placed before emailing us. If our tracking system indicates that your parcel has not been delivered or has been lost in transit, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing refunds
If your refund request is successful, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Please be aware that there is often some processing time required before a refund is credited by your bank or credit card company.
If more than 10 business days have lapsed since we approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@jslessentials.com.
