COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE:
Our team is working hard to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear with us as delivery times may take longer than usual and may take at least 3-5 working days within the UK and up to 14 working days outside of the UK. Our customer care team are experiencing extremely high levels of calls and emails, so we ask that you kindly only contact them if your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days after despatch (UK), or 21 days (international).

For orders with a product value of over £50, your order will be sent via Royal Mail. Note that someone may need to be in to sign for the parcel.

For orders with a product value under £50, your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (depending which one you select). We are unable to add delivery instructions on orders under £50.

Overseas deliveries

Price is dependant on location – delivery charges will appear once address has been input.

As of 1st January 2021, international orders may be subject to additional charges covering local taxation on delivery.

Delivery Conditions UK MAINLAND

– For orders over £50, please leave instructions if you want your parcel left safe at your property or with a neighbour. Where such a request is made, JSL Essentials cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us – there will be an additional charge for this service.

– Orders placed on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 12pm will be despatched the same day. At busy times, this may not always be possible. Delivery times stated at checkout are estimates & cannot be guaranteed at busier periods.

– Prices subject to change without notice.

Delivery Conditions OVERSEAS

– For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

– Because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

– We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

DELIVERY TIMES

We’re currently busier than usual, our team are working hard to fulfil your order as soon as possible and we aim to deliver it to you within 7 working days. If you require your order sooner than this, please get in touch.

TAXATION & DUTIES ON ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Recipients of orders sent to destinations both within and outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

All orders are automatically charged UK VAT at 20% of the order value.
