Overseas deliveries
Price is dependant on location – delivery charges will appear once address has been input.
As of 1st January 2021, international orders may be subject to additional charges covering local taxation on delivery.
Delivery Conditions UK MAINLAND
– For orders over £50, please leave instructions if you want your parcel left safe at your property or with a neighbour. Where such a request is made, JSL Essentials cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us – there will be an additional charge for this service.
– Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 12pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Delivery times stated at checkout are estimates & cannot be guaranteed at busier periods.

Delivery Conditions OVERSEAS
– For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.
– Because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
– We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

TAXATION & DUTIES ON ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
Recipients of orders sent to destinations both within and outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
All orders are automatically charged UK VAT at 20% of the order value.
